C-TPAT PROCEDURE OF ID CARD Purpose

To make sure no unauthorized person at XYZ. area

Scope:

All employee of XYZ..

Procedure:

1) All of the employee must use ID card with picture and uniform (where applicable) inside the factory area as identification.

2) ID card should be fitted in an easily visible position.

3) Transfer/Transformation is strictly prohibited & one should not use others.

4) If the ID card is loss or damaged, the respective worker should immediately report to Personal Department.

5) Wearing ID card during working hour is a must.
