C-TPAT PROCEDURE OF VISITOR CARDS

Purpose:
To control the quantity of person existing at XYZ. area excluding workers, staff and management XYZ.

Scope:

All visitors who visiting XYZ.

Procedure:

1. Personal guest or friends of any worker are not allowed in XYZ.

2. Visitor card given to all visitors come to XYZ.

3. Security department will be responsible to provide ID card to each visitor.

4. The details of visiting should be recorded with details (Visitor Card no., time of entry, time of departure etc)

5. The visitor card has special number and only issuing by Personal Department.

6. If any visitor card is found missing, security department must inform to admin. Dept immediately.

7. All visitors will get different visitor card according to their purpose of visiting.

a. Access Card for applicant.
b. Access card for new workers who not get ID cards.
c. Access card for visitor who often come to XYZ.
d. Access card for supplier who come to XYZ..
e. Access card for driver of visitor car.

8. Access Scope for visitor who come to XYZ. are as below:

a. Supplier only have access to entering the lobby, if they want to entering other area must be assist by person in charge .
b. Auditor & buyer have access to enter production area assisting by related dept. head.
c. Applicant only has access and stay and appointed place for applicant.
d. For visitors who often come to XYZ. must use special access card provided by security guard.

9. For new workers not yet get ID card, they must special card as temporary card.

10. Security guard must give visitor card according to the visitor type.

11. Visitor cards can not give to the visitor if the complete data not input yet to visitor log book.

12. Special for workers ID cards, company will retrieve and or deactivate access if needed.
